Directions
Mix 1 serving (2 heaped scoops – 40g) of DOORMAN NUTRITION’S INTRADOOR with 550-600ml of cold water and shake vigorously. Continue to shake intermittently to prevent settling of ingredients. INTRADOOR is designed to be sipped during short periods of rest between hardcore weight training sets. Each sip should be about 30ml to allow the formula to last the entire duration of your workout and to provide key anabolic/anti-catabolic subtrates for maximum muscle building effects. Finish the balance immediately after completion of your workout.
