DOORMAN NUTRITION’S DOORSEIN uses only ultra-pure, cold-processed microfiltered casein micelles, and is formulated with a filtration process that uses the latest precision technology to eliminate unwanted lactose, ash and fat. Thus producing a casein in its bioactive peptides – glycomacropeptide, casomorphins and casein-posho-peptide. These peptides have many muscle building, immune-enhancing and recovery boosting properties.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, add 1 scoop (approximately 30g) to 300ml of cold water or fat free milk in a shaker and shake vigorously for 25-30seconds. Adjust to your desired consistency by varying the amount of liquid that you use.
